Church Planting

Jamont's Sunday Evening Service

Pastor Sam & ABBA Boys helping out with hand motions.

The Lord has opened an amazing door for us to plant a Sunday evening service at Jamont's, the local grocery store and restaurant owned by the Mayor and his wife. Shortly upon arriving in Sipalay as we frequented Jamont's for supplies, a warm freindship quickly developed between us and Ma'am Jean . As we began to share the Lord and our mission with her we received her overwhelming support - and an offer to use the corner of the restaurant to preach to their employees. The response has been amazing, a real gift from God.

Bunga Bunga Road Church Plant

In the spring of 2011 we decided to start having Sunday morning services in our home, so the family and neighbors who lived close by could join us more easily.
This has worked out nicely for all and after several months we outgrew our downstairs area and  moved to a structure across the road to one of the members land.

The boys teach me how to make rice for a crowd.

Rich says the rice is yummy!
